Yesterday, the Wisconsin Senate, by an overwhelming vote of 30 to 3, passed a bill that prohibits insurers from setting fees for dental and related services not covered by their policies. This non-covered services bill was approved by the Wisconsin Assembly in April and now goes to the Governor for his signature.
