Academy for Sports Dentistry – The Academy for Sports Dentistry is a forum for dentists, physicians, trainers, coaches, dental technicians, and educators interested in exchanging ideas related to Sports Dentistry and the dental needs of athletes at risk  of sports’ injuries.

Academy of General Dentistry – The AGD is dedicated to serving the needs and interests of the general dentist.

American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry – The AACD seeks to advance excellence in the art and science of cosmetic dentistry.

American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry – Membership organization representing approximately 8400 pediatric dentists.

American Academy of Periodontology – Professional association for periodontists.

American Association of Endodontists – Professional association for endodontists.

American Association of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons – Professional organization representing more than 9000 oral and maxillofacial surgeons in the United States.

American Association of Women Dentists – The mission of the AAWD is to be the recognized resource for connecting and enriching the lives of women dentists.

American College of Prosthodontists – Educational and scientific organization created to represent the needs and interests of prosthodontists.

American Dental Association – The ADA is a professional association of dentists committed to oral health, ethics, science and professional advancement.  It is the largest and oldest national dental association in the world with a Web site that provides  a variety of information, including education resources and research material.

American Dental Education Association – The mission of the American Dental Education Association is to lead individuals and institutions of the dental education community to address contemporary issues influencing education, research, and the delivery of oral health care for the improvement of the health of the public.

American Orthodontics Society – Educational association for general and pediatric dentists who practice orthodontics.

American Student Dental Association –  The ASDA is a national association with the goal of protecting and advancing the rights, interests and welfare of dental students.

Chicago Dental Society – Founded in 1864, the CDS is an association for dentists in the metropolitan Chicago area.  It is also the organizer of the Midwinter Meeting, the leading scientific dental meeting and tradeshow.

Dane County Dental Society – Professional association of dentists in Dane County, Wisconsin.

Greater Milwaukee Dental Association – Professional association of dentists from the Milwaukee area dedicated to serving the public and members of the dental profession.

Hispanic Dental Association – Association that seeks to provide a voice for the Hispanic oral professional in the United States and to promote the oral health of the Hispanic community.

Illinois State Dental Society – Founded by dentists in Chicago in 1865, the Illinois State Dental Society seeks to improve the oral health of the public and enhance the  profession of dentistry.

International Association for Dental Research – The IADR is involved in advancing research and increasing knowledge for the improvement of oral health worldwide.

National Dental Association – For 86 years, the NDA has been a national forum for people of color in the dental profession and a leader in advancing their rights.

National Institute of Dental and Craniofacial Research – The mission of the NIDCR is to improve oral, dental and craniofacial health through research, research training, and the dissemination of health information.

Wisconsin Dental Association – The WDA represents 85 percent of all licensed dentists and a growing number of dental hygienists in Wisconsin.  It is one of 53 constituent (state-territorial) dental societies of the American Dental Association.
